Coronavirus ticket refund update
PeteFest is temporarily changing our ticket refund policy to allow tickets purchased between January 1, 2020 through June 13, 2020 to be refunded in full through August 14, 2020 under the following conditions:
- PeteFest is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason
- The ticket buyer or a family member of the ticket buyer tests positive for COVID-19 and is therefore unable to attend (you may be required to provide proof)
We may extend the time period for refundable tickets, as well as the conditions under which tickets are refundable, as we see fit and according to local/federal and CDC guidelines.
The well-being of our community is at the center of everything we do.
Taking care of you is one of our core pillars. That’s why, as we navigate through this time of difficulty and rapid change, we are allowing any ticket buyers to purchase tickets stress-free.
If you wish to refund your ticket(s) or you have questions about the refund policy, please contact us.
